The Authorization to Return to Canada is an official immigration application, also commonly referred to as an ARC, that gives special permission to a foreign national that was previously issued a removal order from Canada. The removal order will unfortunately make you inadmissible to Canada for a specific time period. The time period would entirely depend on the type of removal order you received.
