The requirements for candidates to be eligible for PNPs are different in different province because it depends on where you decide to live. With Ontario, there is a specific place for international student under PNPs which named International Student Category.
This Category is divided into 3 streams:
Ontario employers now have the authority to enrol international students graduating from a publicly funded Canadian colleges or universities to a skilled position. There is a simple process follow-up:
Step 1: Employers send a Pre-Screen Application to the Opportunities Ontario program.
Step 2: You send a Nominee Application Package to the Opportunities Ontario program.
If you are a PhD graduated from Ontario publicly funded universities, you are eligible to apply to live permanently in Ontario without a job offer. All you need to do is within 2 years from the date on which the PhD is approved, submit the Nominee Application Form for International Graduates (PhD and Master)
If you are a Masters graduated from Ontario publicly funded universities, you are eligible to apply to live permanently in Ontario. And same as PhD Graduate Stream, you do not need any job offer but need to submit the Nominee Application Form for International Graduates (PhD and Master) within 2 years from the date on which the Master is granted.
After holding the Provincial Nomination certification, you must apply to CIC for permanent resident. If you also have an application for EE, complete your file and waiting for your approval of Permanent Resident.
