The written employment contract includes job duties, wages, an accommodation arrangement including room and board, holiday or sick leave entitlement, termination and resignation terms, medical insurance coverage until caregiver eligible for provincial health insurance, workplace safety insurance for the time period of employment, and transportation to Canada from caregiver country of permanent residence.
