Mr. Rosamilia entered the legal field after a career in consumer finance and banking with H.S.B.C Bank and Bank of America, where he served both individual customers and institutions seeking mortgages and other financing with care and dedication. As a loan officer, he acquired customer service skills helping clients navigate difficult and complex transactions and his skill and knowledge of regulatory aspects of financial service led him to enter the legal profession.
Thomas graduated from Syracuse University in New York, where he participated in International Moot Law coursework and became interested in human rights law and worked with a non for profit law firm protecting the rights of disabled persons under both New York and U.S. Federal law.
He also worked for a couple of personal injury plaintiff attorney law firms. Mr. Rosamilia attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree and then a Master’s Degree in Arts Management and intends to concentrate in helping artists, performers and writers come to the U.S. to perform and work under non immigrant visa programs.
He is admitted to both the courts of New York State and to the United States Federal Court for the Western District of New York. His passions are the performing arts, his garden, his family and helping people as an attorney.
