Constance Mensah Abebreseh is an immigration lawyer at Akrami & Associates. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at York University before attending Osgoode Hall Law School where she earned her law degree. After law school, Ms. Mensah Abebreseh articled with a boutique immigration law firm in downtown Toronto assisting clients on complex immigration law matters.
Ms Abebreseh is passionate about immigration law and has experience helping clients on all matters of immigration law, including family class sponsorships, humanitarian and compassionate grounds applications, inadmissibility issues, PR card renewal applications, study and work permits and economic class categories.
Outside of law practice, Ms Abebreseh enjoys volunteering within her community. She's collaborated with numerous agencies such as METRAC, where she developed public legal education presentations on the criminal justice system and the rights of survivors of domestic violence. She has also been involved in initiatives that helped to curb youth violence within at-risk neighbourhoods.
Ms Abebreseh was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2018 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association and Christian Legal Fellowship
